SensorEyeC Development Board The SensorEyeC demonstration board contains 3 optical sensors of Melexis’ SensorEyeC series. They are a family of optical integrated light sensors with photodiode, transimpedance amplifier and output transistor in one chip to simplify application design, enhance quality and minimize the use of external components. The SensorEyeC’s are perfect replacements for discrete photodiodes, phototransistors and light dependant resistors (LDR). All sensors are RoHS compliant and suited for solder reflow at 260°C. AEC-Q100 qualified versions for automotive applications up to +125°C operating temperature are available. General Features and Benefits of the SensorEyeC series • Easy-to-use • Low temperature dependency • Small size package DFN3x3 • Supply voltage 3V - 5.5V • Solder reflow 260°C • Precise responsivity specification over temperature • RoHS compliant MLX75303 Optical Switch SensorEyeC The MLX75303 is an easy-to-use Schmitt Trigger output light sensor. The sensor is designed for high-volume applications like day/night detection, paper feed detection in copiers and printers, LCD backlight dimming, LED light control, infrared range detection and safety screens. Specific Features and Benefits of the MLX75303 Dirt robust by light over-saturation up to 1000x Fast switching Exceptional temperature performance Specific Applications • Side Mirror • Switches • Window Condensation (Fogging) Sensing and Prediction • Wiper Systems • Cockpit Light Control/Dimming • Contactless Switches • Automotive Interior & Exterior Lighting • Notebook LCD Screen Backlight Dimming • Indoor & Outdoor Lighting • Mobile Phone LCD Screen Backlight Dimming Want to apply for this board?
