The NCN26000XMNEVB board for the onsemi NCN26000 10BASE-T1S Ethernet transceiver enables developers to evaluate the device’s performance in networks connected by unshielded twisted-pair cable.Â
This board provides a connection to third-party microcontroller evaluation boards which support a Clause 4-compliant MII interface. Additionally, it includes a USB Type-C® connector, facilitating connection to any PC based on a Linux® or Windows operating system. This enables PCs to join a 10BASE-T1S multi-drop network. The board can also be used to monitor traffic on the multi-drop segment by running the Wireshark network protocol analyzer on a PC.
