Increase capacity and cut size with chip multilayer ceramic capacitors

Small size and large capacitance are enabled by the GRM series of chip multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) from Murata by using the latest advanced multilayer technology.

Offering high quality and no polarity, the GRM chip MLCCs feature thinner layers and fine particles in addition to adding high-precision lamination technology for greater accuracy. Excellent solderability is supported by the Sn plating which is applied to the external electrodes.

Part of the GRM series of chip MLCCs from Murata, the GRM188R60J476ME15D is rated for 22μF capacitance and 10V dc voltage. The small case measures 1.6mm x 0.8mm x 0.8mm and offers the stability and high capacitance of X5R with capacitance change of ±15% across the temperature range from -55°C to 85°C. 

Low equivalent series resistance (ESR), high-frequency compatibility, and a long service life are key features of the GRM series of chip MLCCs.
