The board features a USB Type-C® connector for power and data, adjustable target voltage, and compatibility with Curiosity Nano baseboards. Hardware peripherals include a user LED, mechanical switch, and a capacitive touch button.

The board is supported by MPLAB® Tools for VS Code® and MPLAB Harmony.

Power Integrations

The RDR-1016 reference design board from Power Integrations implements a flyback converter which provides a dual isolated output voltage of 12V at 2A, and 5V at 500mA, from a wide input-voltage range of 85V to 265V ac. The power supply is based on the TNY5073K flyback converter, a member of the TinySwitch-5 family of ICs.

The board achieves peak efficiency of at least 87% at full load with a 230V ac input. Average efficiency across the load range is at least 85%.

The RDR-1016 conforms to the requirements of the CISPR22B/EN55022B standards for conducted EMI emissions. It is specified for operation at an ambient-temperature range of 0°C to 40°C with free-air convection cooling.

STMicroelectronics

The STEVAL-MKI207V1 is an adapter board designed to facilitate the evaluation of the ISM330DHCX inertial measurement unit (IMU) for industrial applications in the MEMS product portfolio. The board offers an effective solution for fast system prototyping and device evaluation directly within the user’s own application.

The STEVAL-MKI207V1 can be plugged into a standard DIL24 socket. The adapter provides the complete ISM330DHCX pinout and comes ready to use with the required decoupling capacitors on the VDD power supply line. This adapter is supported by the STEVAL-MKI109D evaluation platform with a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller functioning as a bridge between the sensor and a PC, on which it is possible to use the downloadable MEMS Studio graphical user interface or dedicated software routines for customized applications.

  • Complete ISM330DHCX pinout for a standard DIL24 socket
  • Fully compatible with the STEVAL-MKI109D evaluation platform
