As an EXCELON™ Ultra Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM), the CY15B104QSN from Infineon enables instant non-volatile storage with no write delays, and frequent writes with virtually unlimited endurance.
Data integrity is supported by the combination of error correction code (ECC) and cyclic redundancy check (CRC) and the 4Mb CY15B104QSN F-RAM features fast data access with the 108MHz quad SPI (QSPI) single data rate (SDR). Integration is simplified by the flexible interface and secure operation is delivered by write protection, and traceability is supported by the unique device ID.
With low power to meet the needs of energy-sensitive applications, the F-RAM extends battery life with a hibernate mode.
