Miniature SSOP relay ensures fast, bounce-free switching at up to 600 V for industrial applications

The AQY206GV MOSFET relay from Panasonic offers a remarkably compact solution for engineers requiring up to 600 V switching in industrial designs.
Not only does the AQY206GV relay provide this high voltage rating in an SSOP package, it also features low on-resistance of just 8 Ω. And unlike electromechanical relays, the solid-state technology of the AQY206GV ensures an endless switching lifetime, with fast, noise-free operation.
This relay features a photo-coupled SPST-NO design suitable for ac and dc loads at up to 150 mA, with a maximum rated power dissipation of 350 mW. The I/O isolation voltage is 1,500 Vrms, and the relay is suitable for use in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 105°C.
