The ECS-2520MV low-power, fixed-frequency crystal oscillators, part of the MultiVolt™ family from ECS Inc., enable OEMs to use the same timing device across multiple product designs.
MultiVolt oscillators operate over a variable battery supply-voltage range of 1.6 V to 3.6 V, and on a static power supply compatible with power rails at 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V. This means that the MultiVolt ECS-2520MV series enables manufacturers to use the same oscillator for many designs, reducing qualification requirements and streamlining inventory holdings.
Housed in a surface-mount package measuring just 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm x 0.8 mm, the ECS-2520MV oscillators are ideal for space-constrained applications in the IoT and consumer device markets. The oscillators are available in a range of fixed frequency options from 0.75 MHz to 160 MHz.
MultiVolt oscillators offer precision performance, producing maximum phase jitter of just 1 ps. The oscillators also feature lower power consumption than MEMS oscillators at a lower price point.
