Streamline high-voltage power with this isolated gate driver for fast switching

The Littelfuse IX3407B single-channel gate driver features capacitive isolation, and sharpens transitions to give precise control when bridging between low-voltage control logic and high-voltage power transistors.

Board space is minimized as the IX3407B gate driver has no need to be supported by bulky optocouplers or transformers.

To simplify high-voltage power design, the IX3407B features separate outputs in addition to 7A peak current, and 2500Vrms input-to-output capacitive isolation. Turn-on and turn-off times are fast, and this gate driver protects your power stage from fault conditions with under-voltage lockout (UVLO) and active shut-down (ASD).

Galvanic input-to-output isolation is provided by the integrated high-voltage capacitors which isolate the low-voltage transmitter die from the high-voltage receiver die. This enables the IX3407B to drive control logic with voltage down to 3.3V.
