Time, attendance and access control with multi-frequency RFID, NFC and BLE
An OEM PCB for third-party integration, the TWN4 Palon Compact M is a multi-frequency RFID module from ELATEC, which supports 125kHz and 13.56MHz, in addition to contactless technologies such as near field communication (NFC) and Bluetooth™ Low Energy (BLE).
Optimized for time and attendance as well as access control, the TWN4 Palon Compact M RFID reader module also integrates Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) to support mobile ID and authentication applications. Communication is simplified by the enhanced interfaces for RS485, RS232, Wiegand and clock/data.
To provide innovative lights, there are up to 5 individually programmable RGB LEDs and the module also features infrared tamper detection. Optional support is added for the open supervised device protocol (OSDP).
To streamline development, there is the TWN4 tool chain, in addition to SDK, programmable apps, and CONFIG cards.
