Evaluation board for CoolSiC MOSFET 2000 V 62 mm half-bridge modules

The EVAL-FFXMR20KM1HDR is a gate driver board for driving 62 mm modules with Infineon’s latest CoolSiC™ MOSFET technology in a half-bridge configuration. It shows a reliable and fast controllability of such devices using the 1ED3890MC12M compact gate driver together with a booster stage to increase the driver output power.

Driver IC 1ED3890MC12M or 1ED3890MU12M (X3 digital) with I2C bus for parameter adjustment
Hardware under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection

Two-level turn-off (TLTO) with adjustable slopes, plateau time, and plateau level
Negative voltage adjustment from -5 V to 0 V
