Double pulse tester (DPT) is designed for comparative measurement of onsemi SiC MOSFETs and IGBTs in discrete packages. User can quickly test devices in variety of packages and compare its performance.
The tester is not designed to be used for characterization or datasheet data validation. Main usage of the tester is for testing of switching performance, comparison of different types of devices. Discrete DPT comes as all in system user−friendly settings.
