REF-DR3KIMBGSIC2MA is the upgraded inverter and gate driver board developed for servo motor and drive applications.
Designed to evaluate theĀ CoolSiCā¢ MOSFETĀ 1200 V Generation 2 in TO-263-7 package, featuresĀ IMBG120R040M2HĀ as the main component for the 3-phase inverter board. The driver circuit incorporates the EiceDRIVERā¢ compact single-channel isolated gate driver,Ā 1ED3122MC12H, with a Miller clamp function.
