The prototype AR0822 8MP Premier Reference Image Sensor Module (PRISM) offers standardized connectors, layout configuration and the one-time programmable memory (OTPM) protocol.
The module supports the 8MP AR0822 image sensor which uses embedded high-dynamic range (eHDR) to capture continuous 4K video and single frames. The eHDR features intelligent on-chip linearization which enables the AR0822 to reach 120db, and to reduce motion artifacts and mitigate LED flicker.
Typical applications for the AR0822 image sensor include security, drones, robotics, and vehicle dashboard cameras.
