The module, which provides an isolation voltage of 3 kV dc, operates from an input voltage of between 4.5 V and 5.5 V. Output regulation accuracy is ±0.5% at an input voltage of 5 V over the full load range of 0 A to 180 mA.
The module integrates a power MOSFET, transformer and feedback circuit, giving a compact solution requiring a minimal number of standard external components.
