Next-generation microcontrollers for industrial motor control and power conversion
Part of the PSOC™ Control C3 Main Line family from Infineon, the PSC3M5 microcontrollers feature an Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-bit RISC processor which runs at 180MHz, with digital signal processing (DSP) and a floating-point unit (FPU).

PSOC Control C3 MCUs are PSA Certified™ Level 2 and provide advanced security to protect from vulnerabilities.
The addition of advanced real-time control peripherals includes a high-performance programmable analog subsystem, comparators, high-resolution timers and multiple communication interfaces which include six serial communication blocks (SCBs) and two CAN FDs. To manage and reduce power consumption, the PSC3M5 microcontrollers offer one active and five low-power modes.
Development is supported by the ModusToolbox™ for motor control and power conversion.
