With optimized read performance, the TWN4 MultiTech 3 multi-frequency RFID module from ELATEC supports multiple RFID technologies and is ready for and IoT applications.
The ability to read over 60 RFID technologies covers 125kHz low-frequency (LF) and 13.56MHz high-frequency (HF) RFID, in addition to supporting NFC and Bluetooth™ Low Energy (BLE).
Firmware can be updated in the field and a powerful SDK supports writing apps which are executed directly on the reader. The TWN4 MultiTech 3 also supports direct chip-commands and an onboard secure access module (SAM) socket enables increased security.
Quick centralized configuration and reconfiguration is enabled over the network and the wireless interface with the TWN4 CONFIG card.
The reduced size means that the TWN4 MultiTech 3 module can be easily integrated into virtually all applications which need to achieve full performance from a small size. The module is compatible with the most common host interfaces, including USB, UART and the TWN4 MultiTech 3 module can be configured with different connector options, such as a 24-pin header.
