Thin film chip resistors for high accuracy and low drift in demanding applications
The ERAxA thin film resistors from Panasonic Industry feature resistance tolerance down to ±0.05%, in addition to TCR values down to ±10ppm/K, and resistance value drift below ±0.1% when operating in high temperature and high humidity.
The resistors feature current noise below -30 dB and a linear temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR). The ERA3AEB102V is AEC‑Q200 Grade 0 qualified, with an operating temperature range from -55°C to 155°C, and supports 100% of rated power up to 85°C.
Belonging to the ERAxA series, ERA3A chip resistors are available in a 0603 package with a power rating of 0.1W. The ERA2A resistors come in a 0402 package rated at 0.063W, while the ERA6A are offered in a 0805 package with a power rating of 0.125W.
