The REF-DR3KIMBGSIC2MA reference design from Infineon is designed to simplify the development of a three-phase servo motor with an integrated drive.
The board brings together an IMBG120R040M2H CoolSiC™ MOSFET 1200V G2 on the three-phase inverter board, and the compact 1ED3122MC12H EiceDRIVER™ single-channel isolated gate driver with integrated Miller clamp, on the driver board.
