Wide-terminal current-sense chip resistor improves heat dissipation and reliability
The compact ERJB2 series of current-sense chip resistors from Panasonic Industry offers power ratings up to 1.5W and features wide terminals for reliable solder joints and efficient heat dissipation.
The wide-terminal design enables the chip resistors to deliver high solder-joint reliability while supporting excellent thermal performance. The temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) and long-term stability make the ERJB2 series suitable for replacing metal electrode leadless face (MELF) resistors in high-reliability applications.
The ERJB2 series offers a resistance range from 10mΩ to 1kΩ at a terminal temperature of 125°C, and from 1.1kΩ to 1MΩ at a terminal temperature of 90°C.
Designed for automotive and other high-reliability applications, the ERJB2 series of resistors is compliant with the automotive AEC-Q200 standard. The series is rated for a limiting voltage of 200V and a maximum overload voltage of 400V.
