The CY15FRAMKIT-002 kit is an easy-to-use and inexpensive development kit for evaluating Infineon’s new high-performance EXCELON™ Ultra QSPI F-RAM.
This CY15FRAMKIT-002 kit works with the STM NUCLEO-433LC-P Morpho board or Arduino compatible Cypress PSoC development kits or the Arduino UNO R3 board.
The Kit firmware provides example code to evaluate F-RAM features for an STM32L4 platform by utilizing the board support packages provided by ST Microelectronics
The Kit firmware requires Keil µVision 5 software (MDK5)
