Monolithic Power Systems

The TBMA600A-Q-LT-00A is a test board for the MA600A series of tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) magnetic position sensors. It allows users to easily evaluate the MA600A series, and it supports both side-shaft and end-of-shaft mounting.

TBMA600A-Q-LT-00A test boards are compatible with the EVKT-MagAlpha-MagDiff communication kit (hardware) and the MagAlpha Evaluation App (software), offering seamless connection and operation of the MA600A series sensors, and allowing users to evaluate the MA600A series with their own set-up. The TBMA600A-Q-LT-00A test board includes the assembled board with the sensor, decoupling capacitors, resistor, and connectors.

The IC mounted on the TBMA600A-Q-LT-00A boards is the MA600A. Since the MA600A and MAQ600A are functionally equivalent, the TBMA600A-Q-LT-00A can also be used to evaluate the MAQ600A.

Allegro Microsystems

Allegro MicroSystems evaluation boards simplify the evaluation process for its tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) current sensors. The boards provide test points for convenient access to device pins, allowing for quick measurement and validation without the need for complex test set-ups.

The CTD455-BB-48B5 board provides a simple way to evaluate the performance of the CT455 XtremeSense™ TMR current sensor. The CT455 on the board senses and translates the magnetic field into a linear analog output voltage. The current sensor achieves a total error output of less than 1% over voltage and temperature.

Key features:

  • Preset magnetic field range: ±6 mT or ±48 mT
  • Low-noise performance
  • Optimized for high dV/dt applications
  • Less than 300 ns response time
  • 5 V supply voltage
  • Operating-temperature range: -40°C to 125°C

STMicroelectronics

The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-MKI246KA adapter board enables fast system prototyping and evaluation of the IIS2DLPX, a three-axis linear MEMS accelerometer. The board is connected to a STEVAL-MKIGIBV5 adapter board to render it compatible with the STEVAL-MKI109D microcontroller evaluation platform.

The CAM-55G1 modules from STMicroelectronics provide a ready-made camera system for evaluation and integration of the VD55G1 0.56 Mpixel monochrome image sensor. These ready-to-use cameras combine a VD55G1 sensor, lens holder, lens, and flexible printed circuit (FPC) connection, integrated into a single module as small as 5.0 mm2.

Multiple GPIOs enable users to synchronize the modules with triggers and an illumination source. Featuring a single-lane MIPI CSI-2 output, the modules are perfectly suited for low-power embedded vision applications.

The CAM-55G1 cameras are supplied with a choice of lenses to match the needs of various applications, providing different options for optical set-up and mechanical specifications. All camera modules are equipped with the same FPC-to-board connector and pin-out. This plug-and-play architecture allows users to change their choice of module, and re-use the same set-up with different lenses, color options and even different image sensors from the ST BrightSense portfolio.

The modules are backed by a comprehensive set of free enablement software, drivers and evaluation tools, including drivers for a Linux® operating system.
