Secured Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE connectivity with the ultra-low-power single-chip MCU
The AIROC™ CYW55913 MCU from Infineon enables wireless connectivity over tri-band Wi-Fi® 6 and 6E, in addition to Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) 5.4, with security to PSA Level 2 with Arm® TrustZone CC312.
The ultra-low-power single-chip MCU is designed to support applications in Matter, IP networking, and IoT. Operating stand-alone, or to off-load tasks from the host processor, the CYW55913 is based on a 192MHz Arm® Cortex®-CM33 CPU which runs the Wi-Fi and networking stacks, in addition to Bluetooth LE 5.4.
In addition to 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE 5.4, the CYW55913 supports LE 1Mbps, LE 2Mbps and LE long range with advertising coding.
The extensive peripheral set includes a 7-channel 12-bit Sigma Delta ADC, low-power comparators and serial communication blocks which are configurable as SPI, I2C or UART. The CYW55913 also integrates multiple timer counter PWM, as well as left and right digital microphones.
The audio interfaces support TDM1 and TDM2, with bi-directional PCM and I2C which is multiplexed with TDM2 through a second audio interface.
