Renesas

The RZ/G3E Evaluation Board Kit from Renesas, which consists of a system-on-module (SOM) board and a carrier board, is ideal for evaluating the features of the 64-bit RZ/G3E microprocessor. The module board is compatible with the SMARC v2.1 standard, and provides a reference design basis for module-based product development.

The SOM includes:

  • 4 Gbytes of LPDDR4x SDRAM
  • 16 Mbytes of QSPI Flash memory
  • 64 Gbytes of eMMC memory

The OPTIGA™ Trust M Shield from Infineon provides a convenient way to evaluate the OPTIGA Trust M family of discrete secure elements. 

It is supplied in a popular mikroBus format which makes it easy to integrate into prototype systems based on any microcontroller or microprocessor platform. The shield board can also be used with single-board computers when supported by the appropriate adapters. 

The OPTIGA Trust M Shield is compatible with the Infineon PSOCâ„¢ 62S2 Wi-Fi BT Pioneer Kit and OPTIGA Trust Adapter.
