The ATA6847 evaluation board provides a fully assembled hardware platform for evaluating and demonstrating the motor drive capabilities of the ATA6847 gate driver system basis chip (SBC) from Microchip.
The ATA6847T-5033H/NHX device in combination with the dsPIC33CK64MP205 digital signal controller (DSC) provides the drive signals required to drive a three-phase brushless dc (BLDC) motor.
The board is optimized for input voltages from 4.9 V to 32.5 V. The firmware programmed on the DSC works with the AC300022 24 V three-phase BLDC motor in sensorless field oriented control mode.
